Since starting my health and fitness journey a couple of years ago, I’ve made a point to read about personal development every day. Well, I try to read a few pages or posts every day at least! Honestly, I believe the reason I was never successful with my weight-loss in the past was that I focused only on my external appearance. In the past, I didn’t make an attempt to heal myself on the inside. I now know that healing yourself from the inside out is such an important part of a health journey. Maybe even the most important part! Why Personal Development? Personal development is any activity that furthers self-awareness, improves identity, or fosters talents. Basically, it’s a lifetime process to make yourself a better human being! Furthermore, personal development has so many benefits, such as employability, improving health, improving wealth, fulling life aspirations and so much more.
